It’s a specific formula that I have developed over the years so the one thing I got out of all of this online marketing thing was how to create a message that resonates with your audience. So there’s a lot of analysis of the audience. And there’s a lot of messaging framework that goes in.

Basically, if you can communicate continuously, and you start to develop a tribe of raving fans, (and I’ve done this in dozens of businesses with these kinds of numbers) you’ll see how the engagement levels that we have is 10, 20,30 times 100 times more than our competitors, even with smaller audiences in some instances.

It’s down to that message that we put out, creating a tribe that people like to comment, share, engage with our posts and on the Guano Boost site we get over half a million views a week on our posts, and generally between 30 to 50,000 engagements a week. And what it does is generate a lot of inbound leads.

I think the words of wisdom I’d put out is that mindset isn’t “a” thing, it’s the only thing – keeping your mindset in the right space. Keeping yourself motivated, your team motivated isn’t just something that is an add on. It’s something that you need to consciously work on all the time and use the kind of proven tools and processes that I’ve described in the podcast or others that are more suitable to you. But keeping your mindset in the right space is crucial for business success.
