David’s Advice and Tips for Entrepreneurs
Tip 1
Embrace technology in your business. Automation can be your best friend when it comes to scalability and flexibility. What I have found though is that it is highly unlikely that you will find one product that does everything you need it to. The good news is that there are people that have already discovered that and have found a way around it. Seek them out and ask them questions.
Tip 2
Surround yourself with people you trust. Nicole and I have always said, if we wouldn’t have you over to our house for a BBQ we wouldn’t have you working in our business. Everyone employee in our business shares our passion for the industry and everyone that support us professionally outside our business shares our vision on what our company will become.
